Library & Museum Work Day February 20th. 2011
There will be a work day in the Grand Lodge of Indiana Library and Museum on Sunday, February 20th from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Coffee and doughnuts on the second floor at 8:30.
We will continue unpacking boxes and determining what goes up to the sixth floor and what needs to be put on shelves, along with getting the shelved books in their proper order. The last few days like this have put a major dent in the unpacking, and we appreciate everyone who has turned out to help in this massive project.
The hope is that this Sunday will be the last of the book unpacking and archival sorting days. Once we have the floor cleared, we can next move to unpacking, sorting, cataloguing, photographing and finally displaying artifacts.
Please feel free to join us.
