IMTA acquires new ice machine for main kitchen

The small ice machine that had been used for a number of years died about three weeks ago, and the Board voted to replace it with a new Manitowoc machine capable of making 215 pounds of ice every 24 hours. The machine can store 80 pounds of ice at any given time. It was professionally installed for us on Monday.

A member of Logan Lodge who prefers to remain anonymous (sure, whatever, Freddie) dispenses some of the first ice from the machine for Logan's stated meeting dinner last night:

With proper maintenance and regular cleaning, this new machine should last many years.
